However, my stay was ruined by the front desk manager who mans the desk during the day. This person should not be in the hospitality business. He was rude and inconsiderate and could not care to help. I arrived a bit early as I had indicated. He said my room was not ready which is fair but then I could get it by paying 50% of a days charge! Then at checkout, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Did not ask about the stay or offer a cab ride. Just a mean person who also lacks communication skills.
