The customer service at the reception desk was outstanding—professional, friendly, and very welcoming. The bar area was also fantastic, especially the fruit tea, which I really enjoyed. The restaurant staff deserve special recognition as well—the chef, the cooks, and the team working on the floor were all amazing. The food and service were excellent, and everyone worked together with great care and professionalism. The housekeeping team was incredibly kind and respectful. They made me feel like part of a family, treating guests with dignity and genuine warmth. Even the staff member responsible for cleaning the gym was very polite and friendly, which truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my time at the Termez Hilton Hotel.
