"Overall good experience. The staff are uneven in their capacity to provide service—many are very timid and not capable of proactively troubleshooting. With that said, it’s quite a nice facility and the staff are nice and doing their best. The room was quiet and clean. The bed comfortable and there were a good selection of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast bar was amazing but very pricey when I just eat a small breakfast now. For those looking for a full meal, you will be very pleased with the spread. The pool was very nice—the water was a bit cold but it was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again."

The staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would like to especially highlight Bahar Kiyany, the Guest Relations Manager, who managed our hosting services with warmth and friendliness. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning.
