Overall the cleanliness was not bad, but not brilliant either. Language is an issue unless you're a Turkish speaker. Booked for a spa treatment which wasn't available because of covid, but wasn't informed until after I was provided with a different one - I wouldn't have bothered with it had I known. Some staff very friendly but most were functional. Similarly, some food was great, some was average. Bottles of water were not provided following a room clean. Otelin oda konforu spası havuzu çalışanların ilgisi temizliği mükemmel AMA rahatlamaya gevşemeye geldiğimiz bu mükemmel tesisteki bizi geren sıkıntıya gelirsek ramazana 1 gün kalmış olmasına rağmen ve opsyonel bir durum (extra olarak alıyoruz sonuçta) olmasına rağmen “ramazan nedeniyle” içki satışı yapılmadı. Yönetim kararıymış saygı duyalım ama otelin odasını satarken bu durum belirtilmeliydi. Otelde müslüman olmayan misafirlerde vardı herkes tepki gösterdi 5yıldızlı bir tesisin böyle birley yapması için genel konseptinin muhafazakar olması lazım insanlar ona göre tercih yapar.
