« We have stayed at a lot of upscale hotels, this was the cleanest. This was perfect for our stay. »

« The room key had to be redone every day. Also room had large portion of room by window ac that was soaked with water and I couldn’t use. Breakfast good with eggs but needed bacon that wasn’t crumbled. »

« L'arrivée s'est bien déroulée. Mais lors de l'ouverture de la porte de chambre, ce fut la stupéfaction. Très sale, les couvertures étaient couvertes de taches ressemblant a un fluide corporel. Les murs tâchés de saletés, des rideaux servant de couvre-lit. La chambre sentait la moisissure et le climatisateur n'a jamais été nettoyé donc nous avions le nez bloqué après 1 heure ce qui était bien considérant l'odeur. « I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and everything was up-to-date. The AC was also very quiet , which is rare in hotels like this. I very much appreciated having a pool. And while the pool was in good shape, It didn't seem like anyone had come and straighten it up in a day or two. The towels didn't get replenished , and there were old towels In the same spot , all three days , and there was a little food on the deck too. »

« We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in....

« This was a nice stay for us. It isn't a 4-star hotel that has coffee or breakfast in the morning, but we weren't expecting it. Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. »
