Kid & Family Friendly Resorts in Somerset

What a great place. Everything was great. The most comfortable beds. The rooms were so clean, all the extra little thoughtful touches were so nice (chocolates coffee tea juice milk, flowers biscuits, and more). The house was beautiful. And soo clean. Peter’s Breakfast was delicious , couldn’t finish it all. Izzy and Peter were wonderful. I felt so welcome. The pub across the street was great. The food the bar the music and dancing. Wish I could have stayed longer. Next time I will for...

Wonderful country house in the heart of Exmoor National Park. A charming character home with beautiful English garden in the quiet countryside near village of Exford. The generous breakfasts were gourmet, served in style in a lovely main room facing the garden. Tastefully furnished, scrupulously clean, welcoming hospitality, excellent advice for local hiking and touring. A wonderful stay!

We were made to feel very welcomed! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice comfortable bed lovely location and great food offerings. Beautiful outdoor sitting areas with covered patios and fireplaces.

Excellent accommodation at this B and B, which is in the countryside very close to Wells. Very tasty breakfast. The house has lots of character. Would highly recommend to others.

Quaint and great hosts. Loved the food and the friendly dogs in the pub!

Excellent B&B. A wonderful facility.

Perfect location to access the clapper bridge and enjoy an early walk along the river without lots of other visitors.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Tasty breakfast.

Unlike most chain hotels, this hotel has a good feel about it,the staff are always smiling & cheerfull. The food is fantastic, the locals know how good it is , as most of the tables are booked for meals, especially at the weekends, the carvery is a big draw. The breakfast is so filling that we did not need lunch most days. The hotel is VERY dog frendly, with water bowls in the bar.We stayed for 5 day's and saw a lot of customers using this facility, the proximity to a local walking trail...
