"We had a really great stay in Wells. The property is in a brilliant location, right in the centre of Wells, yet still very quiet. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Couldn't ask for more. The parking is tight, but if you can reverse, you'll be fine! Highly recommended."
"Really quiet and relaxing location. Debbie the host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The tea room was cosy and breakfast was delicious!"

"We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. Check-in was smooth and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bright, and we overall had no issues however...

"Great location near restaurants and shops, historic places to visit. Clean facility and excellent service at front desk and bar. Room didn’t have drawers for clothes so plan to live out of your suitcase.

The room was clean and bright, and we overall had no issues however the shower wasn't the best and could benefit from updating. The hotel was perfect for our stay as we visited Wookey Hole Caves whilst there before moving on up country the second day. We were very happy with our stay for the price, and would probably stay there again if we were in the area. "
"Location to sites, restaurants, pubs and shopping is wonderful. Staff professional, easy check in and out. Room was larger than most, clean and quiet. Pool is an added benefit after a long day. "
