Everything about this resort is beautiful and relaxing. The atmosphere, the service, the food. The team meets your needs before you even know you need something. It was wonderful!

This was a more expensive hotel then what we would normally stay in, but we wanted to be close to the thermal pool. This was a very beautiful hotel. Rooms were very nice, clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They provided special towels and robes for the pools whice were a nice bonus. Walking distance to groceries, restauants, thermal pools.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Lagos, doors open straight to downtown with balcony overlooking the square. Apartment comes with beach towels and umbrella for you to borrow, which was super convenient. Staff was very helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions and offered to book tours for us if needed. They’re also available via WhatsApp for any questions about the area.

When we arrived at the hotel we were in distress as we had been robbed on the train from Lisbon to Albufeira. The hotel staff immediately set out to assist us by calling the police (the train station just ignored us when we told them what happened..). One of their staff, Marta, drove us to the police station and acted as an interrupter. She spent 2 hours with us completing the report. Marta continued to go out of her way to help us the balance of our stay by recommending amazing restaurants...

I needed assistance contacting my rental car company and the girl at the front desk went beyond expectations to ensure I had my problem solved AFTER I had checked out and returned hours later for help.

Super belle semaine . Très bien situé près des parking( payant), belle vue sur la baie, près de plusieurs restaurants, épicerie, café et petit magasin. Déjeuné sur terrasse parfait pour débuté la journée. Piscine propre et agréable. Environnement très calme.

This is an incredibly beautiful resort with professional, friendly staff. The resort was 90% full when we were there and yet, it was still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

What a beautiful Resort! Calheta was the perfect final destination after a busy few weeks travelling. The resort was extremely clean and well kept. We were blown away by the beauty everyday. The included breakfast buffet was phenomenal as well as the views while eating! I would suggest not to wait and plan on doing your laundry here as it was quite costly. The resort itself was pricey in regards to dinner so I would suggest venturing into Calheta for dinner at some point! We did have a couple...
