"El establecimiento tiene muchisimo potencial, pero la administracion no presta atencion a los detalles. Al llegar, nuestra cabaña quedaba dos pisos dejabo, y sin ninguna ayuda de parte del establecimiento pues tuve q bajar el equipaje y lo mismo con la subida del mismo. Dentro de la cabaña existian espacios sin limpiar desde hace cierto tiempo. Nadie nos pregunto al momento de hacer el check-In si nos servia una cabaña dos pisos debajo, con dos niños pequeños y una persona de la tercers edad...

"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000\. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000\. I don't...

"I stayed 2 nights in total ,on my way and back to mexico ,I enjoyed the 1st room ,on my way back the room had a musty smell ,but heck it was just for one night lol I did not have any issues with the staff.
