« While the customer service was excellent, and the rooms were at least superficially cleaned, the property was not taken care of as well. My bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and the caulk that was holding it together was all cracked (and there was black mold under it). There was extensive water damage (some of which) had been plastered over, but not painted over. And there was a part of my ceiling that was ballooning with water. « Our first impression of the stay was the front desk worker. I apologize. I failed to get his name. Younger gentleman though. Very very nice. Everything was quick and easy and he was handling a line of guests with ease. Property was nice honestly. Pool was warm as well. Everything worked. The blow dryer was a little sketchy. We didn’t “have” to use it so it wasn’t a big deal but it smelled like it was dangerous. The only complaint isn’t even the hotel, more so our experience with other guests....

« The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We especially had a nice welcoming to the city we’re moving to from Jane and Zoe. There was a third woman and I think her name is Kayla, (sorry, I forgot). We will stay here again during the move and for any future family visits. »

« The staff at check in was extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. The night staff was also very helpful when we needed anything. Our room was clean, but the beds, OH MY GOD the beds!!!! I never wanted to leave! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bedding was amazing! Breakfast was "ok". Definitely could use an upgrade for breakfast options. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. »

« I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution.
