« Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep. »

« Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!! »

« Location is great. Easy to downtown and also John Ball Zoo. Staff, (shout out for Tina) but all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet but the bed was not comfortable. Starbucks was a short walk. »

« I want to start by saying I read a handful of reviews before choosing to stay here and decided to take it with a grain of salt since you can’t beat the price. However, I will never return and would never recommend this hotel to others. The bathroom was a nightmare - no door knob on the bathroom door, the ceiling above the shower head was basically falling apart and looked like mold could easily start growing.
