The property had many options for visiting and very pleasant. The down town area was very convenient and food at the hotel was outstanding.

Location was nice and it had an upscale feel. It was convenient to have a skyway to get over to the paid parking lot and having shops in the building seemed nice (we didn't wind up checking them out due to lack of time). We were pretty frustrated to have the thermostat behind the TV. It required us to have to turn the TV and bend behind it, and over the TV stand to adjust it. The gap below the door was also quite large, which let in the marijuana smell from nearby partaking guests. It was nice to have a fridge, but strange to not have a freezer in it. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The heat did not work in the room.. called multiple times they even sent an electrician up and still no heat. The rooms they displayed online is not available. So the room i reserved well i thought i reserved was not at all what i seen and had no view. I will never stay at this hotel again very much over priced. I have stayed at rooms that cost less and way more luxury.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff. It's in a fantastic location downtown so it's easy to walk to everything. The only thing I didn't like is I paid for a city view room and we definitely didn't have a city view.
