"On the plus side, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the facility was clean- also, it was nice to have access to a pool and hot tub- A few things were a bit off-putting- there were two bottles of water in the room with a label $3.00 each, unless you were a gold card member- that seemed a bit chintzy- it would have been a nicer gesture to give welcoming bottles of water to all guests- Also- this is the first hotel I've been to in recent memory that hasn't offered a continental breakfast to all guests-"

"Very friendly/helpful staff. Love the bar alongside the pool. Arcade area was fun! Breakfast was a very nice/wide variety of options and one of the best Ive experienced. I would recommend this property to stay at if visiting in the area."

"Location was great, right off I194. The room was very comfortable however there were a couple of places where the cleaning could have been better. The buffet was very good and always hot."

"The room has two beds which were both placed off center of the room. The left bed only had one foot of room between the left wall and bed to access the left side of bed. The right bed had over five feet of room between the right side of the right bed and the right wall. The two beds should be placed centered in the room to allow easy access to both sides of both beds. The walls between the rooms need much better soundproofing. At 9:00 pm the party in the adjacent room turned on the tv with very loud volume. I had to call the desk to address the noise issue. The manager moved the people to another room thankfully. The manager did a good job addressing the issue promptly."

"I was very impressed! I enjoyed the view out our window was a wooded lot with wildlife. The nooks and crannies of the room needed attention, but we won’t hesitate to stay there again."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place is modern and has a great aesthetic. I came to Holland for the tulips. The receptionist gave me great suggestions for where to capture great pictures. Also, I was able to charge my EV with the charging ports on the property. I highly recommend this place."

"This was lodging all hyped up for the legendary “Tulip Time”: So why was there construction happening during those days? Often starting at 7 am! There was a sign stating there may be noise during midday- an understatement. Further, 1) the “drapes” consisted of 4 panels of fabric, that did not cover the window entirely, allowing sunlight and street lamp light to interfere with sleep/rest, and they got tangled in each other, could rip easily as they were flimsy 2) the heating and air were substandard, hard to regulate, either too hot, further impacting/interrupting sleep and requiring coats in the room when it hit 45 degrees outside with the AC on 3) the room design was disconcerting, with 1 chair plus a lounge chair that could not be used for work, only reclining, and minimal desk space, one could not spread out necessary documents, nor was there any table provided at all 4) no carpet, only dark, hard and cold industrial flooring 5) poor lighting which was facilitated in a closet to get to the bathroom, impacting navigation 6) bed platform stuck out of bed frames, causing unintentional bruising from hitting corners when navigating this poorly designed space 7). the coffee pot was plugged into the wall directly: A HOLE punched into the wall, sheet rock! Dangerous!!! And hidden behind a piece of furniture. Hilton, you can do much better than this."
