"I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn virtually on the Cleveland Clinic's campus. I saved almost $100 per night compared to the "Big Brand" name hotels nearby. Yes, there are some differences, but they were not a big deal. What caused me to rate the Hotel a 4 instead of a 5 was the indifferent woman who checked me in. She did her job, but that's it. Apparently smiling and making a guest feel welcome is not in the job description. I felt like I was inconveniencing her in asking about when the Clevealand Clinic's shuttle stopped in front. Still, I would stay at this property to save $100 per night. Also, it took 15 minutes to get my car back from the overnight valet service the hotel uses which is a long time to wait. I've never waited more than 5 minutes at the Big Brand hotels nearby."
