"Check-in was a bit frustrating, even asking for help from staff when self-checkin wasn’t working, they were of little help. Unable to fix discrepancies and was asked to call at a later time. "

"Pool side had an owl!! He was to deter the birds! The hawks were on break. They truly thought of everything!"

"The hospitality host that assisted me with my pending check in was amazing. She made sure we were taken care of after a long day. And even after I mixed things up twice she fixed the booking. We went back in the evening to let her know that she went above and beyond for us and this went unnoticed. The room was beautiful and relaxing which is what we needed after a long sports weekend. "

"Unfortunately there was a leak in the hallway and a big loud fan that was being run all day and night for two days until the pipe was fixed. There was no room service to order coffee to the room in the morning. The room looked at a bus pickup/dropoff location with people constantly walking past. It was unfortunately a less than ideal accommodation."
