"Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy.
The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation! "

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

Overall the hotel was good with a variety of places to eat at the hotel and nearby.
The lobby was also lovely.
Bed was comfy and enjoyed the large bath tub."

"The owner is a sweetheart! We loved this place.
He helped us with all our touristic camel ride, desert dinner etc!
BReakfast was great! the room was very big and nice. We arrived with our motorcycle and he kept it safe while we were travelling in the desert!
He was an amazing company to have too!
We would love to come back!!"
