"Kind customer service, great view from the room and fantastic breakfast"

"Great location. Great service. Upgrade to view room. "

"Perfect location friendly staff"

"Thank you for your hospitality."

"It was an ok place to stay. Quite functional"

"The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...

"Good resort, there is a mall nearby which we visited - good facilities and friendly staff"

"The location was bad. To reach the hotel entrance was difficult , not convinent ."

"We love this place. Staff is very friendly. Clean and have lot of parking in street. Only 5 mins drive from Medina. Strongly recommend this place "

"You get a sheet and the windows don’t seal completely. I wouldn’t stay again but it’s cheap for quick night sleep. "
