My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...

« We are expats living in Astana and stayed there for 2 nights in late May for vacation. We have been to similar places in other countries and this place is comparable, if not better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our suitcase got damaged while checking in (dropped from electric car during moving) and they were ready to cover the damage in full, which they did. Hopefully we will go back again. »
