"We are expats living in Astana and stayed there for 2 nights in late May for vacation. We have been to similar places in other countries and this place is comparable, if not better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our suitcase got damaged while checking in (dropped from electric car during moving) and they were ready to cover the damage in full, which they did. Hopefully we will go back again. "
