Guatemala Hotels with Bar

"We loved the colonial environment in the hotel. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. But the rooms were a disappointment. We had asked for a King superior and were given a room with 2 queens. There was no coffee maker, microwave or fridge which one would expect in a hotel of this quality. We did appreciate the shuttle taking us to the airport and their variety of dining areas, especially the buffet. "

"Decent 1-night stay. Coffee machine in room but no refrigerator. The standard king bed was clean but not super cozy. AC works quickly and well. The bathroom was clean but with some quirks (no counter space, no toilet paper holder). Breakfast included, which was also decent but nothing special. Only two elevators with service to rooms so could be a bit of a wait during busy hours. "

The restaurant and staff provide outstanding service and the selections are exquisite. Love this hotel. Very reasonably priced considering the excellent service and very, very clean rooms. It's also very close to the airport. On a Saturday morning it only took me 8 minutes to get to the airport. Love it. "
