Room was clean and spacious, and beds and sheets were comfortabl, and towels too. Hotel is located in Zone 4, and has a strip bar in front, so it is somewhat noisy. Sraff is very accommodating and friendly. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator for 7 people, so at given times of the day it is difficult to go up or down, although using the stairs is an option. Although I like the hotel facilities and love their breakfast, they almost did not let us check in. They found our Orbitz reservations, but wanted to charge us again for the nights twice when we had already paid in full through the app. After a long time and struggle, they finally let us get into the room until the problem was solved. Hotel is beautiful and clean, comfortable bed, and the room was so big, bathroom was huge too. Great costumer service.
