"The service from the reception staff was outstanding. We booked outside transport that was less than spectacular when we arrived and we were soaking wet, but the hotel welcome staff immediately brought us towels and a foot bath to make us comfortable, and assist us for in easy check in. The front desk staff was so very gracious and helpful with adjustments we had to make for returning by ferry when leaving. We did not dine in the restaurants so I cannot comment on that service, but we enjoyed the room service. The room itself was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, the island is lovely."

"The resort is located on a small island close to the main island. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and all the service staff are very friendly. The sea is clear and suitable for snorkeling. The Italian restaurant is worth recommending. The service and dishes in the restaurant are very good. During the stay, due to the large number of tourists in the resort, sometimes the service was delayed, but the enthusiastic service of the waiters made up for it all. This is a destination suitable for family vacations."

"All of the staff was so friendly and it was so easy to grab the shuttle for the airport. I would definitely stay again! The room was spacious but it seemed everywhere in Fiji the AC doesnt keep things as cool and im accustomed to but it was cool enough to sleep."
