Getting to the island and getting off the place on the tarmac was kind of different but followed up by the fact that it gave me 3rd world country vibes. Now to this All-Inclusive deal that was not cheap it's a like a trap to get you to come. These are the thing that they say are included that were not, Tuscany Ristorante Italiano, Entertainment, Concierge Service, Island Tours, it says 2 hot tubs and 2 pools there was only 1 of each, and the beach...

« Hotel was short staffed at both bar and grill. We waited an average of 15-20 min to receive food and drinks once order was placed. Some waited longer while others received preferential treatment if they tipped well or were friends with staff. Dinner choices were limited if you ate late. Only One washer in laundry room worked. Hotel was pleasant to look at but staffing improvements are much needed. »

« My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience. Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...

« Tiny cottage is extremely cozy, immaculate and self contained up a hill with such a great view of the water. Beautiful beaches a very short ride away. Excellent hiking, restaurant choices, Owner professional, attentive and helpful with suggested local suggestions surrounding area. »

« The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up. We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive. « Completely renovated inside and out with the best stocked kitchen we've ever had in a rented house. High point is the pool deck area. Unbelievable views. There is also a little beach area with chairs. Great snorkeling right from that beach. A little bit of a maze to get through some shallow areas but totally worth it. « Home is exceptionally clean. Plunge pool was super clean and quite warm for early March - it's nearly full sun all day long. Comfortable home and actually pretty private pool and patio area. There is a pergola for shade with outdoor dining and that was a great place to get some work done and get out of the full sun as needed. The view of Buck Island is good, but the house is not located high so there is some general neighbor noise - a few dogs and the famous island roosters are present. ...

« It was fairly clean. I would recommend having toilet paper and hand soap there. Maybe a few more sets of towels and wash cloths. Coffee pot needs up grade. We cleaned. Had to spray for bugs. But I would stay again I would be prepared. »
