In a quiet and gated community with well maintained lush tropical grounds, pool, and laundry facilities on-site. Enjoy two beach chairs, towels, & cooler when heading to the beaches. Condo is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Christiansted, boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, and hotel on the cay beach. The space: One bedroom (separate from living area) with a/c, king bed, tv, ceiling and floor fans, dresser, large closet with hangers. Recently updated bathroom, living area with large smart tv, free WiFi. The general geographic location of complex is convenient to get to other parts of the island, but only if you have a car. There is nothing in reasonable walking distance from the condo, and some questionable areas surrounding the condo. The complex itself is a gated community so we never felt unsafe while there just assume you will drive to get to beach, shops, restaurants and good grocery store. ##### Robert H.
