On a protected bay for snorkeling, has a sand beach, has a pool within feet of the front door, has a beautiful property with mature plantings. There is a security gate with officer. It is a third and fourth floor walk up. Faces the pool, restaurant and Christiansted out the back. And from the fourth floor, faces the northwest waterline. The breeze across the rear deck is fantastic. The longer you stay, the deeper the discount. The condo is a good size with everything needed for a longer stay. The views are fantastic and Marti was so great at addressing any questions we had. The laundry room is not in-unit, but just downstairs from the condo which is convenient. The apartment is in a good location within a few minutes drive of Christenstead. This was our first visit to St. Croix and we had fun exploring the beaches and restaurants. But with the lower price point come some issues. The beds are comfortable, but the sheets are pilled and should be replaced. The comforters were dusty and need washing. The kitchen always feels a little dirty. Cupboards are packed with stuff and nothing feels clean. But it has all of the basics and tons of extras: beach chairs (some broken), beach towels, floaties, snorkel gear (worked great), and cooler (broken but functional). Not sure how this is legal, but to unlock the door from the inside you must use a key - so if there is a fire you could be trapped. The lock sticks, it was quite a pain to get in and out. But landlord was very responsive when we had a plumbing problem, and the location is close to everything. So if sheets, comforters, lock, and kitchen cabinets are replaced this would be a 5 star rental. ##### Linda C. The location was great, proximity to Christiansted was good, the sea breeze was amazing, no need for AC. Kids liked the privacy of the loft, and having their own balcony. ##### Jeff B.
