"The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, the TV didn't work, they only have cold water for the showers, it was a little pricey for what you get. I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. "We stayed three nights there and felt absolutely safe and comfortable. This place has a luxurious feel. We loved every aspect of it: the service was great, the breakfast delicious, the pools were amazing, and the farm was a very special place. I didn't have a chance to use the spa, but it looked very appealing. The big advantage that the resort doesn't sell day passes. It was not crowded at all during our 3 night stay in a beginning of May. Safe travels!"
