"Wonderful stay. Very nice team and they even had staff to show us our suite. We stayed one night and did the fishing tour in the morning. Gorgeous view right outside our porch with nice wild life and fauna. They have breakfast included in the morning with choice of how to cook the eggs. "We really loved the location and staff at this hotel - the view is BEAUTIFUL over-looking the lake and was the highlight of the hotel and they've created cute decks in front of each room which are nice to relax on. The rooms and beds are fine but we did have bugs (including a cockroach) in the room. I understand this is sometimes common in Costa Rica so we try to be understanding about that, but it did poorly impact our night's sleep. Ultimately, we were happy we chose to stay at the lake...

"We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"
