"A great place to spend a night awaiting an early morning flight. Even had a bagged to go breakfast ready for us. Nice pool area with couches to hang out and play dominos. Walking distance to food. "

"The resort was beautiful and had many amenities on site including zip lining and horseback riding;however, I was glad to have a vehicle. The included breakfast buffet was very good. The air conditioner struggled. Great value for the price. Would stay again"

"Excellent stay if you’re looking for a place in Tamarindo!!! The grounds stunning, well maintained, and beachfront with the most beautiful sunset views!!! Lovely staff!! In walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and surf lessons. Easy to rent a car & explore other areas. Rooms aren’t exceptionally lavish but comfy and clean. Balcony views were breathtaking!!! We will be back!!! We absolutely Loved it!!! Thank you Diriá :-) "

"Pretty new resort, great staff, good food, big spacious room. Pools were great, the resort is right on the beach (black volcanic sand) shallow/warm water great for kids. Lots of spots around pool/beach to sit. Staff and food options were great, bed was comfy, TV options were great too, and good wifi all over the place. The AC in the restaurants was not great, but it was REALLY hot when we were there. The spa wasn't worth it, in our opinion, plus we had a reaction to some chemicals in the water, so we didn't stay in it long (we didn't get massages or anything, just the hydrotherapy). There were a couple perks to "Star Class", and our personal agent was helpful, but again, not really worth it, in our opinion. Oh, and its steep everywhere, but they do have golf carts available almost all the time. It was good to visit, but we probably wouldn't go back. "
