Ideal place to stay. New!! Clean. Very helpful staff. Delicious and clean breakfast included with the stay. Hotel taxi is costlier. I took red can all the time. Great bed and pillows. Slept like baby. Strongly recommended. Nicely located in the middle of a strip mall with all kinds of restaurants. Walmart just across. Will stay there again and again.

Lovely and architecturally unique property with in the heart is downtown San Jose. Fabulous breakfast and lovely restaurant and bar.

Definitely worth staying in this hotel. Great location with a walking distance to great restaurants and stores. It also comes with the best views you can get. This is one of the best hotels in San Jose.

Would stay again and again

I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. The service was awesome, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—anything you need is just a phone call away, and they make sure it’s delivered promptly. The property felt very safe and secure, which made the stay even more comfortable. Another big plus is the location: there’s a nice, walkable street nearby with plenty of high-end outlets and shopping options. Overall,...

This property exceeded our expectations. The checkin and out was seamless. All of the staff on site were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, the pool was a relaxing oasis and the excursions offered made our experiences memorable. We highly recommend this resort!

Great property and staff are very friendly and helpful. Shame the area isn’t the safest but it is gated which is good. Limited dining options in the area but uber eats and the casino are perfectly fine

The staff, the view from our room, and the food -all stand out as amazing!

Great hotel, good location I will come again

Nice oasis in the middle of a busy city. Beautiful pool area. Staff was very nice.

Let's start off by saying this building has been completely renovated and it is state of the art. Rooms are modern, new, and clean. Our window looked out to the square and the national theatre. The windows are double so you cannot hear anything from outside, even with a packed square. San Jose is not the best city and downtown is not great for shopping even though there is a lot of shopping around. This hotel is very historic and even JFK stayed here, The breakfast and food was...

Great hotel, professional staff, I like the bar/restaurant and the breakfast is pretty good too!

A truly beautiful place, well laid out in a mountain valley. The atmosphere is welcoming and the restaurant is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to install Wi-Fi extenders to all the rooms. Our room was towards the back of the property and we lost the signal just before reaching it.

Great staff, view was breath taking.

This is got to be one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled all over the world staying in some very nice boutique hotels in: Amsterdam, France, Bali, North Wales, Portugal, Venice and Spain. I find that most boutique hotels are good at one thing and not other things, where Hotel Plaza Yara truly seems to deliver in all areas. The staff are amazing, and truly define the word hospitality, going out of their way to make sure you are happy with every detail....

Fantastic property. The trails are amazing and easy to walk!
