Our loft suite was spacious & clean. The pools and grounds were well kept & luxurious. The staff were kind & attentive. We had Edson as our concierge who was helpful & available in booking excursions, taxi's, & truly was helpful with anything we needed. We booked messages at the spa & a facial because it was so relaxing & refreshing we had to go twice. We loved the breakfast at La Luna daily, the best coffee with the most beautiful view. The staff is super nice and friendly. My only gripe is that they try very hard to be upscale that at times becomes too much. For example, the check in process of choosing shampoos and getting the tour is a bit much. They also assign you a concierge that you can message for anything at anytime (or the concierge will message you to see if you need anything), which is nice but also seems like overkill. In general the hotel was great though.
