"We just returned from staying four nights at The Reefs. We cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. We received excellent service everywhere we went. People spoke to us, smiled at us. asked us if we needed anything and many times called us by name. The beach is beautiful. There are chairs, towels, little tables and umbrellas. They will even take your order for lunch or drinks and bring it to you at the beach. There are two nice restaurants and they are finishing construction on a third. The food was very good. There is a beautiful lounge at the Solaris restaurant where there was live music three nights of our stay. These next things were not drawbacks for us, but the only thing to be said is that the resort is not walkable to anywhere else… although there is a bus stop right out front and the buses are easy to use and there are an awful lot of stairs if that would be an issue for anyone. We will absolutely go back to The Reefs again!"

"Such a beautiful place, right on top of two accessible caves. Also the bus stops right in front of the hotel as well. Splurge and get the ocean front view You also don’t need to get the all inclusive if you’re planning to venture around the island. Staff was helpful and lovely. Highly recommended! "

"Stayed in a pool view villa with two bedrooms. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Curtis, the shuttle driver, is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the island overall. Highly recommend."

"The property was beautiful including the buildings and landscaping and of course, the water views. The staff was wonderful - helpful, friendly and welcoming. There were several pools to choose from and restaurants as well. Taxis to take us off property to dine and golf were ready at the front entrance so transportation was never a problem. We had an issue with running water in a pipe behind a wall that kept us up one night, but the staff was quick to remedy this and the manager adjusted our bill accordingly. I would highly recommend this property!"
