This was our 3rd time visiting Bermuda and first stay at Azura. We spent a week and did not want to leave! Our Edgewater room was an oceanfront with balcony with the most beautiful view of the sparkling blue and aquamarine ocean colors along with Bermuda longtails flying by and migrating humpback whales splashing out past the reefs. A school of parrot fish could be seen in the shallow waters each morning and evening as well.
The room and bathroom were brand new and comfortable with AC as needed and an ocean breeze from the balcony.
Landscaping throughout the property was beautiful with palms and native plants and a few levels with lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool had some lounge chairs with umbrellas and high top tables as well as a bar and open air eating area which was a favorite of ours for breakfast and afternoon Rum Swizzles! Thank you Joelle, Catherine, Michael, and Habib for your attentive service and friendly, welcoming hospitality. You will be truly missed!
Any requests we had were attended to promptly by the front desk, such as ordering a taxi (Barbara and Darrin were our favorite drivers!) or giving us information on bus routes(bus stops both ways are at the hotel entrance).
We knew coming here that Azura is new and in the process of building and perfecting the property but we still found it to be a place that was absolute Heaven. We can't wait to return someday!
