Beautiful vilage but ability to walk is limited due to lack of sidewalks, very narrow roads and heavy traffic on winding roads. Highly recommend taking a taxi or taking advantage of hotel shuttle when getting around.
a transportation pass was an excellent purchase. the bus were frequent as were the ferries from Dockyard The resort provides a shuttle to Dockyard daily every half hour until approx 5pm and taxi are readily available.
Cambridge Beaches hotel was walking distance to a supermarket if you want to get some snacks and fruits at a more reasonable price. Bermuda is very safe and the bus system is pretty cknvenient for a small island.
