"Great location! We had the harbor view room, really enjoyed the view day and night. Room is clean and spaces are practical. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Access to public transportations just outside the hotel. Just under an hour to and from the airport by bus. Will stay here again for sure! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, love the breakfast buffet and the horizon club amenities. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the subway station. The harbor view from our room is amazing. Beds are comfortable and the blankets are not too thick or thin, just right. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing services! "

"What an excellent hotel. From the doormen that greet you as you enter to the reception and all the other staff, the treatment was wonderfull. The room was big and amazing with a wonderfull view. The bathroom was also large with everything you could possibly need. We had a club lounge room and the service there was superb. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We especially liked the food and drink there, it was so good. We will certainly return to the Fairmont should we go back to Singapore."
