Everything was great

The room was very large and nice. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. I had trouble with the lighting. There was a master switch that had to be turned on or some of the lights wouldn’t work. Also the air conditioner was very loud but I just turned it off as the room was cold. I was not told that there would be an additional $39 parking fee added on to the room charge. This upset me. The manager seemed to think that everyone should know that you have to pay to park in a big city. I thought the motel would have a parking garage that would be included in the room cost. The manager gave me a discount since I was upset. Very kind of her.

Stayed one night. Everything we needed. Very clean & quiet. Loved the esthetics of the building, very cool!

Hotel was amazing!!!!! Nikki and Roberto at the front desk were awesome as well as another female who checked us out… I didn’t get her name but she had beautiful jewelry! Everyone was so nice and Nikki gave loved our pups and gave them treats and love every time we went out to use bathroom!! The area was a little sketchy with some locals who hang out at the corner store, but no one bothered us even on our walks to the school down the street. Parking was great and felt secure as well as the hotel staff after hours and room key entry late at night. Thank you ambassador for making us feel safe and so welcome!!!!!! Also the free shuttle within 3 miles was a cool plus!
