"Small house on quiet street a short distance from downtown Reedley. Nice laundry facilities with new equipment. Parking on street in front of house - a little traffic morning and afternoon due to nearby school but no problem. Fenced yard and park next door would be great for dog. Nice patio set for enjoying sun."
