The property was very quaint and a great place for groups to have their own place and share the facilities. It was a perfect walk to the beach for sunset. The cottage was fully stocked and very comfortable. The family that runs it were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our issue of no phone and safe not working were dealt with efficiently.

My son and I had an amazing stay at Coast Riders Inn. From the moment we arrived, Buddy, Vanessa and Jane made us feel welcomed and completely at home. They offered us homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and explained to us the cool things to check out in the area. The rooms were super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The retro microwave, coffee, machine, and fridge/freezer were absolutely delightful! And Buddy’s Lego collection is awesome! We look forward to coming back...

The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was walking distance. It was delicious.

Great stay, room clean, bed comfortable. Location close to the water less than 5 minutes walk. Restaurants close by. Morro bay was an excellent place to stop on our drive

Given the amount of empty units in town in January was surprised at the terrible prices for rooms but seems they would rather be empty than make a buck. Booking online garnered a better price but at the motel they insisted the room I wanted (lots of windows) qualified for more despite there being nothing on line about this. Thought that was petty given the place was pretty much empty. Anyways the room is charmingly decorated/presented and we had a nice view of the river. Wanted something with...

The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. The pool looked inviting but the weather was not conducive to swimming. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found it difficult to keep the room warm, the door was loose and didn’t close tightly so we put our suitcases against it to hold it tight. My husband fixed the door knob of the bathroom as it was almost off. I would have liked a stopper in the bathroom sink. Perhaps a regular check of the rooms would help to find any problems and make...

I read the reviews before booking. Can confirm that this is very clean no frills motel that’s very close to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. Manager is very friendly and accommodating.

Very good

A well-maintained facility with modern upgrades. Lots of these places tend to get rundown as their age, but this one was great. Highly recommend.

Room felt very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend and come back!

Very nice place outside the busy touristy area and only a few minute walk to the ocean. Very quiet and free parking. Would stay here again if in the area.

We only stayed one night but the room was very clean, lots of parking and right by the beach. Would definitely stay again

Yes we like

This property is very well maintained. It is super clean with really nice amenities. It had a nice little pool and a pretty outdoor lounge for guests. Really nice furniture and bathroom fixtures. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely accomodations. We utilized the in town shuttle, the social hour, the breakfast, and the pool and enjoyed it all. The bed was very comfortable.
