There was a house party down the way on Saturday night with a full DJ outside (looked like a great party!), but as soon as we got in the house we couldn’t hear much and slept just fine so the windows definitely blocked out a lot. The house was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed some oranges that over hung from the neighbors orange tree...very good. No issues at all, only draw back would be to have a tv in the bedroom. The other thing was that the beds are very firm, we like a medium firmness so it's a personal problem, we were able to make things work using some of the extra pillows they have so I only mention it in case someone reads this that cares about mattress firmness. We loved our stay and would stay again if we come back to Fresno. ##### Hardy C. This place was perfect for my out-of-town family to stay together. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. We have pets and this place was comfortable for them also.
