It is conveniently located: 10 min drive to Airport and Downtown; 80 min both to Yosemite (Route 41) and Kings Canyon (Route 180). All rooms are covered with newly polished hardwood floors. Appliances and furniture are all new. The new metal fence on the front allows guest to park 2 cars securely in garage and on driveway. The home was clean, cozy, fresh, and ‘pet friendly’. Unfortunately the only ‘bad’ aspect of this lot is the front and back yard. The grass is dry and yellow, which cause an easily fire hazard when I arrived on the around July as firework sparks can easily land on the property. Not to mention, I travel with my two dogs, and they were uncomfortable with the dry grass poking their paws. This property claims to be ‘pet friendly’, yet my two dogs could not run and play outside due to the grass. Overall, the property is good!
