"There was no microwave in the room although it was advertised. No clean towels were provided during my stay nor the room clean. The coffee maker did not work."

"We checked in on Thursday night and the night staff was awesome. Very courteous an accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another night however. The day team was not as accommodating. I booked my reservation online and went to front desk to pay the deposit hey wouldn’t take my card. I asked if I could use my husbands and they said no’ my husband talked to them and they said no’ Wjwn I came back Chelsey told me we could change our he reservation to my husband. He had already left for a job an wouldn’t be back for two hours. She called me an hour later and asked about the deposit and said we would have to leave. I reminded her that I had told her he would be two hours and that omly an hour had gone by but that o would Call him and get hier an update.. o Calle dyer back and said he was on his way and would be about 30 more minutes. I then received a call from another woman screaming and yelling at me and said I needed to leave the room. My belongings could stay but I had to leave the room. It didn’t make sense.i then asked if I could speak to the manager she told me she didn’t have her number.i said ok so when a customer has a problem you want them to call corporate? She said yes, so i did. My husband came thru took his deposit and then checked us in and then called our room and told us to leave. "

"We have stayed her several times. The hotel is very nice, clean and the grounds and public areas are well kept. The room was clean and in good condition except for the sliding balcony door. 2 issues, #1 the glass was so dirty it was hard to see through. We asked housekeeping about this and they said they would report it, and that was as far as it went. So my wife used a towel and water, it wasnt great but it was a lot better. #2 It took all of my strength to open this door. I realize that hurricane doors are heavy, but this was beyond heavy. I am guessing bad rollers. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was fresh and hot. It seems that the menu had been shortened from our previous visits, nothing wrong, just shortened. And, as far as I am concerned, the Managers Reception is good for the 2 free drinks and that is about it. Every night for 4 nights the food (snack) offering was chips and salsa along with celery, carrot sticks and dip. We dont really go for the reception, but just wanted to note that the offerings are not what they use to be. It is still a really nice hotel in a great area on a really nice beach. Go for the Hotel and location, I would not let the “freebies” sway your decision."

"This was not what I expected at all! It was promoted as a luxury resort and was far from luxury. The motel yes motel/condo/apartment fell short in so many ways. I booked it for a relaxing getaway weekend for my husband’s birthday and I checked out the same day that I checked in. I was highly disappointed. The room was updated but the carpet and couches were old, dated, stained and dusty. I refused to stay there. I drove 4 hours to Ft. Lauderdale and drove 3 hours back home. Highly disappointed."
