"The shower area had strands of long black hair on the walls which kind of blended in with the tile. The bath mat was worn, and the floor could be seen through the worn areas. The bath towels were also worn, so they weren't very absorbent. The hand/body soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty, but the staff did bring a full bottle to our room after calling the front desk. Other than the issues previously mentioned, the room was clean."
