"We loved this hotel that we booked at the last minute. They do have valet service which is $48.00 a night, but most hotels do in Savannah. They have a good breakfast. I got the grits which usually make my mouth fill like sand , but these ones were creamy. We had an issue with the shower water not being hot, and they fixed that right away. They give you tokens for a free drink at their bar and unlimited water. Everyone was nice and I will stay there again."

"This place has pros and cons. The location is walkable to Coligny Square. The tiki bar is very nice as well, but very busy. The room was recently renovated and clean and pretty spacious. We sat by the pool the first day, but the water was so warm. It was not refreshing at all. There wasn’t much room either. If you didn’t get down there to reserve chairs, you would not get any. We ended up renting the chairs and umbrella from the tiki bar and it said they come with bar service, but we never once saw anybody in the three days we were there. The bartender in the pool area was rude to us in the morning and later when we tried to get drinks, she literally ignored us for 10 minutes so we walked away. She complained the whole time to her coworkers and how it’s going to be a long weekend. It would be nice if the hotel had more places to hang out at. There are limited spaces. "

"Beautiful property at a perfect location on the west end of river street, great proximity to all the evening activities on the Savannah river. Wonderful bars and eateries and shopping - we’ll be back!"

"The pool and people were grest!"

"We stayed 4 nights. We reserved two queen beds for 4 guests total and when we checked in they informed us that they had over sold their rooms and could only give us a king bed with a pull out couch. On our last day we never even received house keeping services at all. We had to ask for more towels, more toilet paper and shampoo/ conditioner every day. The fire alarms went off at 9 pm one of the nights and we had to evacuate. Elevators were not always working. "

"Great location. However, rooms were dated and noisy. A/C was loud, walls were thin and neighbors were noisy."

"Awesome hotel. All the staff were amazing and very very accommodating. Love being by Forsyth Park. Pool was a very big plus for me and my wife. This area is less crowded than river street so if you want to relax a little more this place is great. We loved it and highly recommend."
