Are you looking for a home on the sand, then look no further. The beach is our backyard, not only is it inches away from the house. It’s a PRIVATE beach! Our home sits in a very safe private gated community with 24/7 security. Our patio area has a dining table for 8, large umbrella over the couch. BBQ. From the patio you are inches from the sand. Sit around the fire pit while your kids build sand castles on the beach, play Jenga or even cornhole. Or lay out on one of our 3 chaise loungers. For the beach we also have boogie boards, surf boards, paddle boards all waiting to be used. 5 bedrooms in this house. 3 upstairs (King, King, Twin bunks & trundle) 2 downstairs ( King, Double Queen) The dining table seats 6-8\. Living room has a very spacious sectional that seats up to 12\. Lots of board games provided for endless family fun! Kitchen has everything you need; fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, Keurig, pots/pans, plates/cups, utensils. Built in ice machine! We have plenty of beach cruisers to ride, men’s, women’s and even kid size ones. Double seat baby wagon for the littles that aren’t quite ready to ride a bike. Helmets provided as well. Most the homes on beach road with permit only allow two vehicles on the property. Our home is permitted for 3\. This is your one stop vacation destination, this description nor pictures will do it justice. Since we dont live in the same state, I wanted a place that would gather us together for a fun week and this house fit the bill perfectly.There was a bit of a snafu getting into the house, but it was worked out promptly and attentively.The 5 bedrooms fit the group perfectly. And 3 bathrooms worked great for us.The house was very clean and well stocked although the paper plates and napkins I brought were well used.Many hours were spent in the Adirondacks gazing at and listening to the ocean. Location unbeatable! Lots of towels and fun things like SUP boards, surf boards, bikes and lots of outdoor seating. We used the fire pit almost every night. There are not enough dishes to all eat at once so we bought paper plates and plastic cutlery to use. Laundry detergent not supplied either so we needed to buy to clean towels. Carmen is very responsive for all things needed. From providing me with the name of the grocery to order from, to giving us early access to the property. It was great! Only real issue was a plumbing issue which he had plumber on site very quickly but meant we did not have functioning toilet for two hours which was tough when having people, including elderly, for dinner. The sand is the backyard, perfect setup for kids! The view from the 2 upstairs bedrooms is stunning. Great kids room with 3 level bunk bed (and a pack n play available to setup which fits in kids room). 2 large bedrooms downstairs. Great open living space/kitchen. Lots of bikes, paddle boards, wetsuits and life jackets. We used the bike trailer to take our two toddler girls on bike rides to San Clemente and up to Dana Point. We so appreciated the hosts responsiveness to questions and requests, Carmen was such a pleasure to work with!
