Beautiful hotel. They didn’t have the room we reserved but was able to make accommodations that worked out even better. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice. My only complaint was the pool furniture. It’s pretty worn and mildewed. Definitely time to upgrade it. Overall I plan on staying again.

The area designated for free parking was littered with trash, unless guests opted to pay $25.00 per day for garage parking. Hotel customers were observed smoking marijuana outside. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, and the staff, particularly an employee named "Jas" mentioned on the receipt, was unprofessional, rude, and belligerent. Jas argued with me at 6:30 am when I requested a checkout receipt, even resorting to cursing. After she proved me by cursing I cursed her back, which is a normal response when someone acts the way she did and I do have a voice recording of the incident. Her behavior was entirely inappropriate. I would never stay at this property again and cannot comprehend how it is rated as "wonderful." My experience was far from it.

The lobby and staff was great very clean, the room had some issues rug stains kitchen floor dirty, curtains off the rod rail, the mattress on the sofa sleeper had a stain. The bathroom was beautiful. The pool was dirty lots of leaves, hair and just dirty. There was a party going on so that limited us to swim since it was full. I really expected more from this hotel.

I enjoyed myself at the Residence Inn. This hotel is beautiful, such a lovely lobby where you can hang out. I enjoyed my time at the pool. The room I stayed in felt like I was in my apartment. I will definitely stay here again!!! Oh and the breakfast was delicious.
