The stay at this hotel was perfect. I want to give a shout out to I believe her name was Caden who helped me at the front desk. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about places to eat. She helped upgrade my room. Housekeeping was great. I needed help with my curtains in my suite and the engineer was great. I will by making this my main stay on all future Dallas trips.

Stayed in the Skyline Tower and the view was awesome; Omni, Reunion Tower and more all visible! Staff was all helpful. We didn’t valet because we were doing a lot of in-and-out and didn’t love that self-parking was across the street in an unsecure parking lot. Also didn't love that room keys aren't required for the lift in such a large/frequented hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and modern.

It was a very tall building, I was on the 15th floor. Which having that kind of view of the city was astounding. The room was nicely sized, kept well maintained by housekeeping, and I had no issues
