The place is falling apart the bathroom doors were neglected and inoperable. The hallways were never cleaned. The overall attitude of the front desk and staff lacked customer service ethics.

The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The location is a block from the freeway, so close enough to be convenient but far enough to not hear traffic. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

The hotel stay was short but overall satisfied. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quick to go options such as make your own breakfast sandwich and a waffle maker station which were quite yummy (vanilla buckwheat) Entrance floors were cleaned after breakfast. Vacuumed. The only thing I did notice was carpet spots on the 2nd and 4the floor. Pets are allowed so not sure if that had anything to do with it but the hallways didn’t smell just the stains were visible. Regardless, we would definitely stay again.
