First, the staff was great. Always helpful. the location was awesome, couldn’t be better. But, the building needs updating, the bedding and towels were not the best quality. The towels did not smell as fresh as other hotels. But overall we would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

Loved this hotel! I have traveled to over 84 countries and I can honestly say this is one of only few hotels that has impressed me! - Staff were all wonderful, especially Rose (manager), Aiden and Tracy (receptionists) and Irene (waitress). Each made our stay memorable—ensuring our needs met in every way (big or small)! They are attentive and so hospitable. - Room was great and comfortable. I made an error on my part and overlooked at type put room I booked. But Rose and her staff (Aiden/Tracy) upgraded us to a bigger room with 2 beds—no fuss whatsoever at no extra charge. - Breakfast was wonderful; I was so full each day. Irene made it even more enjoyable—great attitude, funny and attentive. I had requested a fruit not on the buffet and they delivered. Then in the next day, they remembered Ava made sure it was available to me. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Hanoi!!!

The staff there are the best I've ever experienced. It starts from the time you arrive in your taxi and are greeted by one or two people before you can close the car door. I was feeling sick one day and the manager was so attentive and kind offering any help he could to make me feel better. I just loved my time there.

Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.
