"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"I was only in Hanoi for an 18 hour layover and wanted a hotel to nap a bit before exploring the city. The manager picked us up from the airport at 6am, organized a driver to take us back to the hotel from the city, and then dropped us back off at the airport in the evening. The property was clean and everyone was very helpful"

"BIG, clean, quiet room very near airport. I had an excellent sleep. I had a lovely traditional breakfast and then was driven to the airport. It was an excellent experience! I highly recommend this lovely hotel!"
