« A wonderful place of respite, with lots of thoughtful amenities. Before this trip, I didn't really know what a Dark Skies community was, but oh, how we enjoyed laying out on the balcony at night, looking at the sky and seeing countless stars, compared to the few visible from home. « All I can say is the attention to detail was amazing! From the kitchen, to the bathroom and everything in between!!! We had everything we needed to make it the “glamping” experience we were going for. Even the pillows were comfortable (and that can sometimes be a hit or miss). We loved it so much, we decided to extend our stay, which we took advantage of right away after seeing a magnet on the refrigerator that it was offered for a 50% discount. « The property was perfect… at site 11 there is an old tree with birds of all colors, wordpeckers, nesting birds all day. We had two great hikes and the pie and ice crean in Julian. We will be back soon. »
