Located 3-miles from historic Julian on a 27-acre private ranch, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. The charming 1934 Craftsman-style home is spacious and offers all the amenities both inside and out. Three cozy yet spacious bedrooms, adds to this picturesque home, each room with air-conditioning, private views and phone charging stations. Enjoy the game room or the beautiful views from the backyard deck as you enjoy the jacuzzi and relax. Guests can access the entire property, including hiking trails as well as the game room, a poker room, as well as the entire house. The only area that secured inside the house is where we keep cleaning supplies and an old apple packing warehouse we use as a workshop. This beautiful country home has it all! This newly renovated three bedroom, two bath home is definitely the place to make memories with family and friends. Located 3-miles from historic Julian on a 27-acre private ranch, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife. The charming 1934 Craftsman-style home is spacious and offers all the amenities both inside and out. Enjoy cooking a lovely meal in the large and fully stocked kitchen. Cozy up in the living room with a fire (wood provided) and watch anything you’d like on DirecTV or a variety of streaming networks including Hulu, Disney+, Netflix and more! Three cozy yet spacious bedrooms, adds to this picturesque home, each with air-conditioning, private views and convenient phone charging stations. Ready for the outdoors? The newly renovated 1934 craftsman-style home is set back from the Hwy 78, out of view. We are located near two fine restaurants: Heroes for a casual pizza/bar food place and Jeremy's on the Hill, one of the finer restaurants in San Diego County. We are also located near California Mountain Bakery - they make some of the best Apple Pies in California. We are also next to Julian Farm and Orchard - a 25-acre agritourism farm offering u-pick berries, flowers, apples and pumpkins - all depending on the season. It has been recently renovated with all the modern amenities. There is a pond on the property full of frogs. It took me back to my childhood. There are shops and great food within walking distance. The farm the property is located on is only open to the public on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Julian is just a few minutes away with apple pies and more tasty food. I had quick responses from our host Jim whenever I had a question and was very accommodating . We were celebrating birthdays and everyone loved the location and the house. We met Danny upon arrival and such a nice guy and made sure we had everything and a phone call away if we needed anything. The house was clean and the beds comfortable.I usually over pack when I stay at places cause not everything is supplied, just the basics. The Orchard Ranch house is the complete opposite. They had a coffee maker and coffee included as well as creamer in the fridge, I didn’t have to run to the store for my mom. Wild spring flowers greeted us in the kitchen window and that is a nice touch I don’t see, Jim & Robin added that extra touch and it’s above and beyond. They even had extra bowls for our fur babies in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances were new and modern. My mother enjoyed amenities in the shower, it has a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser, even though I packed those items, tried it all and enjoyed the scents and product that was supplied. We enjoyed our morning coffees on the deck or out back in the green fields, we even had morning visitors of wild turkeys. We enjoyed the quick walk to Heroes and enjoyed the music and food. Also a hop skip and jump to Julian for some pies. It was peaceful and a great place to re-charge. The game room was a great fun amenity to have on property. ##### Denise L.
