The Dark Moon Chalet is newly renovated A-Frame cabin overlooking Lake Cuyamaca with incredible views including the sunset! This gorgeous cabin is loaded with luxury amenities and upscale furnishings. Family friendly, dog friendly and perfect for a girls or boys trip or a relaxing getaway to the mountains. Just 1 hour outside of San Diego, but you feel like you are far away in a mountain chalet.
GUESTS WITH DOGS:

Two dogs maximum! If you bring a dog you are required to pay a $150 pet fee.

We love dogs and have two furry children of our own. We please ask you respect our home if you bring your dog. Don't allow your dog to chew on our furniture and please clean up after your dog before you leave. Dogs are not allowed to stay in the home unattended unless they are in a crate.

If you drive 1 hour east of San Diego, there is a gorgeous lake called Lake Cuyamaca where you feel transported outside of Southern California. The cabin is tucked away in a quiet mountain neighborhood overlooking Lake Cuyamaca, only 15 minutes outside of Julian, famous for their apple pies and certified Dark Sky Community.
